WHAT WE DO, IN DETAIL.
Ice isn't snow. A few millimeters make everything impassable, cause falls, close schools. It's also when standard plows aren't much help. Our ice-storm service is a separate mobilization, triggered by weather alerts, for targeted application of de-icing agents.

Is this included in the seasonal package?
Yes for residential seasonal customers (up to 4 mobilizations/season). Beyond that, a small surcharge.
Do you decide when to mobilize?
Based on Environment Canada alerts plus our own readings. We notify you by SMS if you're enrolled.
What if I'm home and don't need it?
You can decline mobilization for that event. No charge.
