What we get asked most.
How often do you visit per month?
Weekly mowing in peak season (8 to 12 visits between May and October depending on growth). Spacing adjusted in July/August in case of drought, to avoid stressing the lawn.
Is the contract for the entire season?
Yes. Seasonal packages from April to October, payable in 2 or 4 installments. No surprises, no undiscussed extras.
What products do you use?
Granular fertilizers approved by Health Canada. 100% organic programs available on request (+10%). Technical sheets available on request.
What if I go on vacation?
Service continues on schedule. If you let us know, we can shift a visit or do a special pass before your return.
Is there a long-term commitment?
None. Annual renewal on option. If you're not satisfied in month 1, we fully refund.
Do you service my city?
We cover the entire immediate South Shore (Brossard, Saint-Lambert, Longueuil, Boucherville, La Prairie, Candiac, Saint-Hubert, etc.) as well as the Richelieu Valley. If your city isn't listed, ask us anyway.

What is the best time to fertilize lawn in Quebec?
Four optimal windows on the South Shore: early May (spring wake-up, moderate nitrogen), mid-June to early July (potassium for summer resistance), late August/early September (phosphorus for roots), mid-October before frost (winter reserves). Our Ultra Lawn program covers these four applications.
Should I water the lawn after fertilization?
Yes, within 24 to 48 hours after granular application, to activate the nutrients and avoid leaf burn. A natural rainfall of 5 to 10 mm is enough. We avoid fertilizing just before a dry heat wave.
What cutting height is ideal for lawn on the South Shore?
Between 6.5 cm and 8 cm (2.5 to 3 inches) depending on the season: shorter in May-June (densification), longer in July-August (drought protection). Cutting shorter weakens roots and encourages weeds. Our Ultra Lawn mowing adjusts the height at each visit.
Difference between weekly mowing and every 10 days?
Weekly (spring + fall): we never cut more than one-third of the leaf height, which maintains density and limits stress. Every 10 days (summer heat wave): natural growth slowdown, we space out so as not to stress a lawn already in survival mode. The program adjusts to real weather.
